The best exercises are both aerobic where you get your heart rate

    up the blood flow to your brain and  coordination exercises. The most


    effective of these exercises is table tennis. Because you have to get

    your eyes, your hands and your feet all to work together at the same ti-


    me while you are thinking about this spins on the ball. In a study from


    Japan where they actually scan people before and after playing table

    tennis for ten minutes, whwt they found is: Their cerebellum and their

    prefrontal cortex worked better. So playing table tennis is really great


    for your pain.






           After whatching the film which was about the championship of pe-


    ople over 80’s, more elderly people started picking up table bats. For

    example, Terry Donlon, who was fighting 2 thypes of cancer, world tab-


    le tennis champion. There was no need to convince him about the hea-

    ling potential of table tennis. He sait: “It keeps the body fit, keeps the


    mind fit because you have to concentrate all the time.”






     As a result, we should give more imprtance to table tennis both for our

                                            brain and our health.
